You can launch an audio or video conference with a task participant by calling the task participants.
Prerequisite: You have set up an account with an audio or video conference provider, e.g. Zoom.
How to call a task participant:
Select a task from the list. Click on a participant in the detail view. A pop-up opens.
An icon below the name indicates the participant's presence status.
Click the icon in the detail view. In the menu, click on an audio or video conference provider, e.g. Zoom. The window for calling the contact opens. Click on .
