You can reply to an E-Mail by sending a chat message to the sender or to the sender and all recipients.
How to reply to an E-Mail with a chat message:
In the E-Mail app, click on an E-Mail in the list. The content of the E-Mail will be displayed in the detail view.
Use one of the following methods:
To start a private chat with the E-Mail sender, click on .
To start a group chat with the sender and other recipients, click on . The window for creating a group chat opens.
Enter a name for the chat group. You can add or remove participants if required.
Click on .
